Renewal-to return to, with fresh life and strength.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist committed to helping people move through difficult times, work through past hurts, navigate their emotions, manage stress, and grow in their capacity to live the life they want. My work focuses on helping you build healthier relationships by anchoring on a somatically integrated foundation and from there, targeting ineffective beliefs, communication patterns, and actions that may keep you feeling stuck. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
I'm passionate about listening well, creating pathways for change, providing tools, and finding relevant solutions. I have years of experience and love working with youth, parents & caregivers, and with adults traversing through the challenges of life.
As a CAMFT Certified Clinical Supervisor, I'm eager to support future and current mental health providers. Self care is so vital for our profession, our investment in courageous self reflection and learning the art of problem solving is the foundation. In this setting, I offer therapy and clinical consultation to help you on your personal and professional journey.
